The website located at corepulsetechnologies.com (the "Site") is owned and operated by CorePulse Technologies ("CorePulse," "we," "our," or "us"). The Site is intended for use by business owners, startups, enterprises, and any other individual or organization interested in our app development, web development, digital marketing, design, and software solutions ("you" or "your").

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Site and form a binding agreement between you and CorePulse. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Site.

1. Description of the Site

The Site is provided as an informational and marketing resource to help visitors learn about CorePulse's mobile app development, web development, digital marketing, graphic design, UI/UX design, video animation, and software solution services, and to request a quote. The Site is not a marketplace or freelance platform. Any actual development, design, or marketing engagement with CorePulse is governed by a separate signed Service Agreement or Statement of Work between you and CorePulse, and not by these Terms of Use alone.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. If you are using the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms of Use.

3. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, available at corepulsetechnologies.com/privacy-policy, describes how we collect, use, and disclose information through the Site. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms of Use.

4. Access and Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting any form on the Site. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site complies with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the CorePulse name and marks, images, videos, blog articles, portfolio materials, and the design, arrangement, and selection of that content (collectively, the "Content"), is owned by or licensed to CorePulse and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Content for your own personal or internal business informational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, republish, or otherwise exploit any Content without our prior written permission. The CorePulse name and logo may not be used in any advertising, publicity, or promotional material without our express prior written consent.

6. Portfolio and Case Study Materials

Certain projects displayed in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials are shown with the permission of the applicable client, or reflect information that is already publicly available. Where a client project is confidential, we display only anonymized or generalized descriptions. If you believe a portfolio entry references your organization in error or without appropriate permission, contact us at the address in Section 18 and we will investigate promptly.

7. Information You Submit to the Site

When you submit information through a form on the Site, such as your name, contact details, or a description of your project, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. By submitting this information, you grant CorePulse the right to use it to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and, where you have consented, send you marketing communications, in each case consistent with our Privacy Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

While accessing or using the Site, you agree that you will not:

1. Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or obscene
2. Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of CorePulse or any third party
3. Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
4. Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code, or attempt a denial-of-service attack against the Site
5. Use bots, scrapers, or similar automated means to access, harvest, or copy Content without our prior written permission
6. Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
7. Use the Site to advertise or solicit business unrelated to a genuine inquiry about our services
8. Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the Site or its underlying systems
9. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or connected systems
10. Use the Site in any manner that could harm minors

10. Communications and Marketing Consent

By providing your phone number and opting in through a form on the Site, you consent to receive calls and text messages from CorePulse related to scheduling, consultations, and project updates, which may be sent using an automated dialing or texting system. Marketing text messages require your separate, affirmative consent through a dedicated SMS marketing checkbox, which is not selected by default. Providing your phone number for other purposes on the Site does not, by itself, enroll you in marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or request assistance by replying HELP. We will honor marketing communication opt-out requests within 10 business days. We do not sell or share your contact information with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.

COREPULSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COREPULSE AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

This limitation does not apply to obligations set out in a separate written Service Agreement or Statement of Work between CorePulse and a client, which will govern liability with respect to services provided under that agreement.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CorePulse and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your violation of these Terms of Use or your misuse of the Site.

15. Termination

CorePulse may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice and with or without cause, including where we believe you have violated these Terms of Use.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Changes to These Terms of Use

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time by posting a revised version on the Site with an updated "Effective Date." You are responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Site after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.

18. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CorePulse regarding your use of the Site.
