Sign up by email and set your password
The dashboard will appear with options of notification, history, and settings
Tap on to the setting and choose your gender and age.
The average water intake goal for men is 3700 ml and for women, it is 2700 ml. your water intake goal is automatically set upon this average.
The dashboard contains the options like 200 ml, 250 ml, and 300 ml. You have to tap on the appropriate quantity every time you drink water. For example, a glass of water contains 200 ml on average, if you take a glass of water, tap on to 200 ml button and it will be recorded.
You can set your water intake reminder by tapping on to notification button. You can set a reminder for 1 hour.
You can find out how much water you have drunk in a day by tapping on to history button.
You will be notified when you have completed your daily water intake goal.
